Before the call

Three things that make the 30 minutes count.

None of this is required — we'll run a useful call either way. But prospects who show up with these leave with a sharper plan.

  1. 1

    Round up view-only access

HighLevel sub-account, CRM, the workflow that's broken — whatever you want fixed or extended. View-only is plenty. It saves us 20 minutes of screenshots, and we sign NDAs as standard.

  2. 2

    Know your bottleneck number

What is the problem costing you per month — missed calls, leads that go cold, hours your team burns on manual work? A rough number is enough. It's how we rank what to build first.

  3. 3

    Bring the awkward questions

Pricing, timelines, what happens if it breaks, who owns what we build. The quiz couldn't fit them; the call can. Nothing is off the table — including "should we even do this?"

What you walk away with

The call is the deliverable.

Whether or not we end up working together, you leave the 30 minutes with something useful — in writing.

1 Deliverable

A written scope

Exactly what we'd build, in what order, on what timeline. Yours to keep — even if you don't hire us.

2 Deliverable

An honest answer

Including "you don't need us." We turn down work that won't ship results. You'll know within 30 minutes.

3 Deliverable

A 90-day automation roadmap

The three highest-leverage workflows in your business, ranked by ROI.

In the meantime

Curious what engagements look like? Package prices are on each service page, and most work runs on our flat $100/hr retainer (10-hour minimum, hours roll over). Questions before the call? Email hello@arcytex.com.
