We don't pitch on discovery calls — we scope. If we're not the right fit, you'll know inside the first 10 minutes and you'll get a referral.

Whether you hire us or not, you leave with a one-page scope of what we'd build, in what order, on what timeline. Yours to keep.
Who you'll meet
Your call is with an Arcytex co-founder — someone who has personally scoped and shipped hundreds of these installs — not an SDR reading a script. If your build needs a specialist, they're in the room for the kickoff, not hiding behind a handoff.
You own everything

Heads-up before the call
We'll ask for view-only access to whatever you're trying to fix or extend (HighLevel sub-account, CRM, the workflow that's broken). It saves us 20 minutes of screenshots. We sign NDAs as standard and never touch anything without explicit approval.
